WP1

This WP follows three objectives:

• To ensure that the project reaches its objectives and expected impact;
• To put in place the procedures and tools needed to ensure that the project progresses in conformity with the work plan; provides timely and high quality tool and results for the JA; oversees conformity of all activities to Grant Agreement rules and the Consortium agreement
• To organise project meetings, prepare project reports, manage the project budget and payments.
